How to Face a Disaster

A life with no disaster is a fantasy. All of us face them both personally and globally-sooner or later. Then, how should we face a disaster? Just as we take measures while constructing buildings on a fault line, can we always be prepared? How do we defend our inner peace when facing danger? How you survive difficult times.
Disaster. The word everyone does not like to face, especially unprepared. Which almost always nobody’s prepared. Ever. I am of the first to admit, I’m never prepared for any disaster that comes my way. Everyone may have different meanings on what a disaster is to them. A disaster to me is any negative situation a person has to deal with, whether it be on a daily basis or something that happens once in a lifetime. Being prepared, most may think of physical things that help. Yes, those are important, but the mentality to face all negative situations is what most can’t seem to grasp and hold on to. And it’s different with every situation.
When we turn to God, all things are possible and manageable. Maybe not what we desire or want. God always finds a way for us to manage. Facing a disaster without God can be more challenging and sometimes impossible. Pray about everything.
