Mansplaining

--

“The worst part of mansplaining is that when you’re busy telling a woman all about her business, you’re missing out on the opportunity to learn something from her.

-Shaunta Grimes, Medium An Urgent Message for Mansplainers Everywhere

Mansplaining, what all men are highly intelligent at. Telling a woman all the things she did wrong and none of the things she did right. When what a man should be focused on is the opportunity to learn something from a woman. Women are packed with many ideas and shortcuts in life that it is quite remarkable. Most women don’t even talk about half of the thoughts that come to mind. Usually, the ideas that she thinks are dopey are the ideas that everyone loves or vise versa. At least that is what I have experienced.

Just think about it, a woman is capable of delivering these tiny humans and bouncing their bodies back to normal within weeks, some within days. They can bleed for seven days from an open wound and still survive. They are capable of providing self pleasure and have the ability to produce multiple orgasms. That all together sounds quite intriguing, coming from a man’s point of view, I, myself, have to say.

These unique humans, also known as women, should be treated as the queen or trophy that she is. It’s only common sense, to learn from someone who has better abilities than oneself. That’s how we have all been taught. Yet, women are continued to be abused and looked down upon in a manner that is unhealthy for society.

It has come to a change. Women need to let go of who we thought we were, the way men have portrayed us for decades, to become who we are meant to be, unique.

All women are beautiful, in their own way, it’s my job to bring that to their attention. Help them see how special they truly are. Bring light into their eyes. Women run the world. It’s time these women are confident in their work.
