My Hero

What does being someone’s hero mean to you? A hero to me, is someone we look up to in our life and try to make choices for our own lives by following the ways of the choices they have made. Like a role model. I don’t know who most people consider their hero.

It’s always been me myself, and I. Always has been and always will. I’m just fine with that. At thirty years old, no one has caught my attention to be more like them. I’ve always chosen to be different than everyone else. I have succeeded in that.

It has caused me a lot more heartache at times, but it also has made me a hero figure in a few other’s lives. I’m thankful that I have made such an impact in other people’s lives, other than the ones I planned to. I continue to try and be a hero while in the process of defeating my own battles.

Life is nothing but lessons learned, and hopefully a better next time when there’s disappointment. The lessons we learn are usually never easy to realize until several let downs, due to what you, yourself, allow. Be loving, caring, and understanding. That is what we all deserve.

People never realize that when they treat one person badly because of the way they have been treated, that person is not the only one affected. All the ones close to that person, their kids, family, friends, are also affected. Before acting out of…
