Sometimes

Sometimes I forget who I am and all the terrible things I have experienced.

I forget because I’m tired of being sad.

I’m tired of it all driving me mad.

Sometimes it is easy to forget tragedy.

Some people never forget.

Yet, I try to forget all the misery and failures too.

Sometimes I remember who I am and who I was before all that disaster.

Remembering all the good times in my life, I hope will speed my mind up faster, and I can let loose of my disaster.

Sometimes I remember, but sometimes I forget.
